Meet the Founder

I started my career in hospitality sales working for my father's small business, where I learned early that relationships and service are everything. That foundation followed me when I transitioned into technology, selling IT consulting services to government and commercial clients.

Over the next decade, I built my career from the ground up at TG Federal (formerly The Goal), from sales to Business Development Executive to President, where I led a strategic pivot into Government Contracting, achieved the highest federal revenue in company history at $42M across Civilian and DoD sectors, and secured the company's first GSA Schedule.

After more than a decade in this industry, I decided it was time to build something of my own, grounded in genuine partnership, white-glove service, and a commitment to doing right by every client.

I'm proud to follow in my father's entrepreneurial footsteps and build a woman-owned small business.

The shamrock reflects my Irish roots, and my dad's, who built his own small business from the ground up and showed me what it looks like to lead with integrity. It also reflects the values that define how I run Hyland Company: clear communication, genuine relationships, relentless determination, and the ability to keep perspective even when things get tough. Like the shamrock, we're small but mighty. We don't try to be the biggest firm; we focus on being the best partner.
